Description

The Latin name of cumin is the cinnamon sign. It eliminates indigestion and pain . Cumin is a delicious spice and cumin is also used in medicines. Cumin is very much in India. It is of 3 types- white cumin, Shah cinnamon or black cumin and black cumin seed. Their properties are the same. All the three cumin seeds are spicy and sharp. They are beneficial for constipation, cure, biliary, palatable, strong, coughing and eyes.

White cumin seeds, pulses and spices are used in the work and Shah Zira is used as a special medicine. Othmee cumin and shellfish are two different types of cumin seeds. Othmy cumin is called cumin seed or as isabgol.

1. Chronic fever:Useful in various diseases :

Mix 1 gram of raw gram cumin seeds in such jig and drink it three times a day. It also cured the old fever from the old one.
2. Itching and hives:
Boiling cumin in water, after washing the body with that water, erupts the body's itching and urticaria.
3. Dysentery:
Take 1-2 grams of dry cumin powder, 250 ml butter, four times a day. Dysentery is cured by this.
4. Disease of asthma:
At the time of asthma, cumin, black pepper, salt and whey should be consumed.

Jeera (cumin) is used in different forms. The dosage of the most commonly used forms is discussed below:

Jeera (Cumin) Seed Dosage

The general dosage of Jeera (Cumin) Seed (whole) is as follows.
Children 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon *
Adults 1/2 to 1 teaspoon *
Maximum Possible Dosage 2 teaspoons Per Day (in divided doses)
* Twice a day with water or in veggie
Best Time to Take: After Food or with food

Jeera Churna (Cumin Seed Powder) Dosage

The general dosage of Jeera Churna (Cumin Seed Powder) is as follows.
Children 500 mg to 1500 mg *
Adults 3 to 6 grams *
Maximum Possible Dosage 12 grams Per Day (in divided doses)
* Twice a day with appropriate adjuvant
Best Time to Take: After Food

Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Dosage

The general dosage of Roasted Jeera (Cumin) is as follows.
Children 1/6 to 1/4 teaspoon *
Adults 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon *
Maximum Possible Dosage 1 teaspoon Per Day (in divided doses)
* Twice a day with water or in veggie
Best Time to Take: After Food or with food

Jeera Water (Cumin Water) Dosage

The general dosage of Jeera Water (Cumin Water) is as follows.
Children 20 to 100 ml *
Adults 50 to 200 ml *
Maximum Possible Dosage 400 ml Per Day (in divided doses)
* Twice a day with appropriate adjuvant
Best Time to Take: After Food or 30 minutes before food

Cumin Tea Dosage

The general dosage of Cumin Tea prepared with 1 teaspoon Jeera and 250 ml water is as follows.
